CONSENT AGENDA - General Business
1. Approve the minutes of the regular scheduled meeting held on March 6, 2025, subject to any necessary corrections.

3. Approve the non-renewal and termination of the Zencity Services Agreement with the GCCMA Marketing Program.

4. FP-25-1- Grace Crossing at Carriage Gate, Phase 2C Subdivision Final Plat: Approve the final plat for the subdivision of an approximately 18.5-acre tract into 32 lots to be named Grace Crossing at Carriage Gate, Phase 2C Subdivision. Property is located at 203 Belmont Circle (parcel number 03-27421) and zoned Planned Development District (PD)(GC-2003-31). Solid Rock Holdings, LLC, owner.

5. Reject all bids for RFP25-004 Program Administration for the Brunswick Area Transportation Study metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and authorize Procurement to rebid the project.

6. Approve the Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) to access the detailed Department of Revenue (DOR) reports for the 911 Fees allocated to Glynn County.

Approve the Versaterm Public Safety US, Inc. agreement for the Glynn County Police Department use of the IA Pro NextGen Software, authorize the issuance of a purchase order utilizing a single source exemption, in the amount for $19,482, and authorize the transfer of $19,482 from operating to capital expenditure budget in the FY25 Police Fund Budget.

13. Authorize a change order to Purchase Order #25000272 issued to CERES Environmental Inc., for the private debris removal and increase the amount of the purchase order by $42,500 with initial funding provided by the Revenue Stabilization Fund Committed Fund Balance in the General Fund.

Approve the issuance of a purchase order to Tran Safe for the purchase of four (4) Variable Message Boards (VMB) in an amount not to exceed $75,042 utilizing a GDOT contract cooperative purchasing exemption, with funding provided the Georgia Emergency Management Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) in the amount of $73,200 and the FY25 Public Works Operating Budget in the amount of $1,842.

19. Authorize the reallocation of $84,550 from unused District 3 capital allocation funds in the North Glynn Batting Cage Project to the North Glynn Tennis/Pickleball Court Light Upgrade Project to cover the cost to install new LED lights and a timer control system at the courts.

23. Approve relinquishing the remaining County held Excess Funds in the amount of $524,530.92 as listed resulting from Property Tax Sales and the responsibility of said funds to the Glynn County Tax Commissioner.
